No, you can simple take a photo with your phone’s camera or scan your documents and send us. We will review the documents and send you a quote and turnaround time. Please make sure that the scan or photo should be of high quality and easily readable.

We  do send both version, physical (hard copy) and electronic. If your need is specific, please mention that we will serve you accordingly.

A sworn translator is a government-certified professional authorized to directly stamp their translations, certifying them as accurate and true to the original document. However, in the U.S. and many other countries, the process differs. We achieve an equivalent standard by combining our agency certification with a notary’s signature.

We don’t rely on Google at all when it comes to quality and accuracy of the translation. All of our translators are the native speakers of their respective languages and we do 100% human translation. 

We follow 6 step process for each translation request we get. 

1. Clients send us their documents via email, WhatsApp or Website.
2. We review the documents and send them a quote and turnaround time along with the payment instructions. 
3. Once payment is confirmed by the clients, we start working on the translation. 
4. Once translation is completed, we check it by our QA and send the initial draft to our clients for their review before certification. 
5. once clients confirm the completion and accuracy of the translation, we certify the translation.
6. Certified translation is sent to the clients via mail, email or we schedule a pickup for our nearby clients.

There is not standard timeframe because it depends upon the language, industry, type of translation and specifically the number of pages. From our past experience, 1-2 page translation is completed and delievered within 24 hours.

Before making payment, you have to confirm the complete requirements of the office or department you are submitting translation to. Some school colleges might have their own requirements so you have to ask them on your own. Our translations are accepted anywhere in the US.
